The 4-H Club stands for Head, Heart, Hands, and Health—representing holistic development for youth. The Regional Federation of 4-H Clubs in Caraga Region is known as the 4-H Club Caraga Region Federation.

To cultivate a generation of innovative, self-reliant, and service-oriented youth leaders who contribute to sustainable regional development.

Mission:

To implement comprehensive programs that enhance leadership, foster lifelong skills, and encourage active civic engagement while promoting the core principles of 4-H: learning by doing, living to serve, and working for the betterment of the community.
